Innuity Announces Media Joint Venture

Innuity Media Services and First Internet Asia

San Clemente, California: Innuity Media Services announced today that it has formalized an agreement with Flextech Holdings Ltd., of Singapore, to merge with its media asset, First Internet Asia, to form an international broadcast-focused media convergence company, First MediaWorks.

"The merging of Innuity Media Services with First Internet Asia creates a diverse, broadcast-focused entity that is poised to capitalize internationally on the explosion of convergence technology, services, training and consulting," commented Chad Meisinger, CEO. We now have the opportunity to take our passion for the Internet and our passion for radio to a truly global customer base." Mr. Meisinger, his co-founder, Larry A. Austin, EVP Sales & Marketing and Norman Feuer, COO, will continue at the helm. Additionally, all other Innuity Media Services employees will continue in their respective roles. This includes Bill Thompson, CFO; Marijane Milton, VP Training; Alan Fendrich, VP TeleSales Services; Donna Velasco, VP Client Fulfillment and Michael Gibbs, VP Technology. Fabian Benjamin of First Internet Asia will continue in his role as President of Asian Operations.

The resulting entity, First MediaWorks , marries the dominant position Innuity Media Services holds as the leading provider of integrated Internet marketing products and services in the United States, with the powerful position First Internet Asia holds as the leader in the radio and Internet space in Asia. Combined, the two companies create an entity that will immediately benefit from a substantial presence in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Africa and Canada. New emerging strategic partnerships will additionally present First MediaWorks with significant opportunities in China, India, Australia and Mexico.
